Jim Mange, FSA, MAAA
President
Jim has over 35 years of insurance industry experience including previous positions with The Travelers Companies, Inc. (now part of UnitedHealth Group) and Connecticut General Life Insurance Company (now part of CIGNA). He is a graduate of the University of Michigan, a fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and a licensed Life, Accident & Health insurance producer. Jim is a long-term volunteer of the Society of Actuaries, including service as general chair of its education committee.
David Carey
Chief Financial Officer
Dave is Chief Financial Officer of HRMP and its affiliate companies Aran Insurance Underwriters and MiniCo Insurance. He has 25 years of financial services industry experience including positions as staff accountant and controller of HRMP. Dave is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, has earned his MBA from Salem State University, is a member of the Insurance Accountants and Systems Association (IASA) and the Massachusetts Association of Accountants (MAA), and is a licensed Life, Accident & Health insurance producer.
Linda Marsden
Managing Director
Linda has over 30 years of insurance industry experience including various positions with International Risk Consultants, North Shore International Insurance Services, and Prudential in roles varying from claims director to claims auditor to claims trainer. She is a graduate of Northern Essex Community College, has earned her Health Insurance Associate (HIA) and Managed Health Professional (MHP) designations from America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), and is a licensed New York State Independent Adjustor for Accident & Health.
