HRMP offers insured life conversion policies to be used in lieu of policies on your paper. The program is available in all fifty states. HRMP, in conjunction with Gerber Life Insurance Company, can relieve you of the liability arising from these policies and the associated administrative burdens.

Long Term Disability Conversions

This program enables a carrier to enhance its group long-term disability policies with a conversion feature. The coverage is on the carrier's paper. HRMP relieves you of the administrative burdens arising from these policies.

The carrier receives:

• a template for a Trust policy
• a template for individual certificates
• a standard rate
• procedures
• forms

Medical Conversion Policies

HRMP can administer individual medical insurance for a carrier provided that the carrier retains the liability. Claims are adjudicated in accordance with existing plan designs. Funding comes from the premiums collected with any shortfall being made up by the carrier.

The carrier receives:

• underwriting services
• billing and premium collection
• adjudication of claims
• issuance of checks and explanation of benefits
• customer service for covered individuals
• annual mailings to covered individuals
• payment of commissions
• issuance of 1099s
• disbursement of cash
• reporting
